Is hosting included?

No. Hosting and domain registration are not included in the standard website build fee. This helps keep the upfront build cost lower and lets you own your hosting account directly.

Do I own my website?

Yes. If you choose self-managed hosting, your domain and hosting account remain in your name. We provide the completed website files and upload instructions.

Can I use my own Hostinger account?

Yes. You can purchase your own domain and hosting directly through Hostinger and provide access or upload the files yourself.

What if I'm not technical at all?

That's fine. Choose managed hosting & upkeep ($40/month) and we host, set up and maintain the whole site for you — you never touch hosting or files. Prefer to own your hosting? With self-managed hosting we hand over the finished files with simple, step-by-step upload instructions. Either way, if you'd like us to register your domain too, add "Buy your domain" (+$25) — it covers a .com or .com.au (or any cheaper option) and stays in your name.

What does managed hosting include?

Managed hosting and maintenance is $40 AUD/month. It is suitable if you want us to host and maintain the website for you instead of managing hosting yourself.

What happens if I cancel managed hosting?

If the monthly subscription is cancelled and you want the website transferred to your own hosting account, a $100 AUD transfer fee applies.

Are there monthly fees?

There are no forced monthly fees if you choose self-managed hosting. Monthly fees only apply if you choose managed hosting and maintenance.

Can I provide my own logo and images?

Yes. You can provide your own logo, images and media files. If you do not have them, we can create simple website-ready assets for fixed prices.

How much does logo design cost?

A simple website logo design is $50 AUD.

How much do AI-generated images cost?

10 AI-generated, website-ready images cost $50 AUD, or up to 25 images for $100.

How much does a hero video cost?

A custom hero video is $250 AUD (we create it for you), or $100 if you supply your own footage for us to optimise.

Can you build ecommerce websites?

Yes. An ecommerce build starts at $300 — a WordPress.org install with Stripe card payments (Visa & Mastercard, plus Google & Apple Pay) and a simple store for up to 3 one-time digital products. For a full catalogue add WooCommerce (+$50) for a proper Shop, Cart & Checkout, then pick your size: up to 10 products +$50, up to 25 +$100, up to 50 +$150, or more than 50 from +$200. Customer accounts & memberships (+$100 single, or +$200 for separated buyer groups such as retail and wholesale) need both WooCommerce and Shield Security (+$50 each); staff logins are +$100 on top. Most owners manage their own products; if you'd rather we handle product, price and stock updates, store management is $100/month.

What payment methods can my store accept?

Every store takes Visa and Mastercard through Stripe as standard (plus Google & Apple Pay with WooCommerce). If you need more, we can add specialist gateways: a crypto Payment Merchant accepting the major chains (Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Base and more) plus USDC and USDT — with optional Solana and Bitcoin — or MoonPay, which lets customers pay by card and pays you out in stablecoins, ideal for businesses mainstream gateways won't service. These connect to your own accounts and wallets, in your name, and require WooCommerce, Shield Security and Cloudflare.

Can you help my website rank on Google?

Yes. Basic SEO setup ($50) covers the on-page foundations — page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, a sitemap and Search Console. From there you can add Google Business Profile setup ($50) to show up in local search and the map pack, or Advanced SEO ($150) for keyword research, content optimisation, schema for rich results and Analytics. We set these up via Manager access on your own Google accounts, so you stay the owner and we never see your email.

What's the difference between hosting and store management?

Managed hosting ($40/month) keeps your website online, updated and backed up — routine upkeep to stay secure and current, not because we expect anything to break. Store management ($100/month, ecommerce only) is hands-on work: we add and change your products, prices and stock for you each month. You can choose one, both or neither.

How long does a website build take?

Most simple website builds are completed after you provide the required content, assets and approval details. Final timing depends on the selected options and your response time.

Can I request changes before launch?

Yes. A reasonable revision process is included before launch. Final revision limits are confirmed in your service terms.
