Website design · Newcastle NSW

A website that does your business justice.

A complete website, written and designed around your business: the work you do, the customers you want and the place you trade in. We develop the brief with you, then build it into a working preview you can open, read and refine before you decide to proceed.

  1. Your brief
  2. A working preview
  3. Your approval

Australian-owned in Merewether, Newcastle, working Australia-wide. Every site is reviewed and delivered by a person, and your files and your domain stay in your name.

Start here

The workspace is free, and it is where your website actually gets made

Most web work starts with a sales call and a quote you have to take on trust. This starts with the website. You talk through what you need, we build it, and you look at it before any money is discussed.

1

Tell us about the business

A chat in the workspace builds your brief: what you do, who you serve, where you work, the pages you want and the tone you want them in. Nothing here costs anything and you can stop at any point. Your answers are saved to your project, so you do not repeat yourself next session.

2

We build a real preview

Your brief goes to our build worker, which researches your industry and area and produces an actual website you can open and read — not a mockup or a slide deck. Free logo generation is part of it, and separately you get two free website image concepts to react to.

3

Approve it, then pay

You review the exact version in front of you. When it is right you approve that version and pay $200 for the finished website. There is no deposit on the new offer, and nothing is published automatically — handover happens on your word.

The preview is generated when the build worker picks your request up, not the instant you send it. We tell you when it is ready rather than leave you watching a spinner.

What it costs

One price, $200, and a list you can actually check

A new website is $200 for up to 10 pages. That is the whole build fee. There is no tier above it that unlocks the useful parts, and no per-industry starting price.

Five features at no extra charge

Added where they suit the business rather than switched on by default:

  • A working contact form to your inbox
  • A newsletter sign-up with a simple privacy page
  • A testimonials section
  • An FAQ page
  • A Google Maps location

Quoted separately

Bigger pieces of work are described, priced and approved by you before anybody starts them. Nothing is scheduled or charged automatically.

  • Page production beyond the included ten
  • A local industry SEO report, run fresh when you ask
  • A custom hero video
  • Catalogue, checkout or booking requirements

Hosting and your domain are not in the build price, and the provider fees are paid to the provider. See the hosting choices.

Our promise: review your website before you pay for it

Our promise

You see the website before you pay for it. There is no deposit on a new build: you approve the exact version you have reviewed, then pay the $200 in full. Agreed revisions happen before handover, your files are yours, and your domain and hosting account stay in your name. Customers who started earlier under a deposit agreement keep those terms — see our terms.

After launch

A website nobody updates stops earning fairly quickly

Changing a price, swapping a photo or adding a new service should not need an invoice, so for websites we built in the workspace it does not.

Free routine updates

One smaller update per Sydney calendar day, up to three per Monday-starting week, on each saved project. Change your hours, fix a phone number, rewrite a service description. This needs a supported website built in our workspace: an existing site hosted elsewhere has to reach that baseline first, which we assess before promising anything.

Bigger work, quoted first

New pages, a reworked section or a piece of production work is described and priced before anyone starts. You approve the cost first. Nothing recurring, nothing automatic, and no minimum spend to stay a customer.

Optional managed hosting

$100/mo

We host the site and keep it online, updated and backed up. Each month we harvest the search terms that matter for your industry and your area and make the resulting SEO update, plus up to five individual changes a week. Activation is arranged with you once the scope is confirmed. Customers on the earlier $40/month plan stay on it until a migration is agreed.

Timing: we work to five business days for a new build and three for an update, counted from the point your content and approvals are with us.

Who it is for

Built in Newcastle, delivered anywhere in Australia

We are a digital service working from Merewether, not a branch network: a plasterer in Wallsend and a bookkeeper in Bunbury get the same build, the same price and the same workspace. Knowing the trading area still matters, because it shapes the writing. A cafe writing for Hamilton and Islington regulars needs different pages from a mobile service quoting from Charlestown out to Maitland, and the brief captures that before anything is built.

Built for

  • Tradies
  • Sole traders
  • Small businesses
  • Local services
  • Product brands
  • Startup ecommerce
  • Consultants
  • NDIS providers
  • Cafes and venues
  • Local shops

FAQ

Quick answers

Do I really pay nothing until I have seen it?
Correct. The workspace, the chat, the brief, the website preview, the logo generation and the two website image concepts are all free. The $200 is due after you approve the version you reviewed.
How long does it take?
We work to five business days for a new build and three for an update, from the point we have your content and approvals. The free preview is produced when the build worker picks your request up, so it is not instant.
Do I really own it?
Yes, the files and the domain, in your name. No contracts and no lock-in.
What are the ongoing costs?
Your own hosting and domain fees go to the provider. There is no required monthly fee to us. Optional managed hosting is $100 a month and is arranged with you once the scope is confirmed.
Built by AI: is the quality good?
AI does the heavy lifting so the price can stay at $200, and a real person reviews and delivers every site. You are judging a finished preview rather than a promise.
